CJ of Pakistan is committing crimes against humanity in Balochistan alongwith Pakistani Military & establishment.

C. J of Pakistan  is committing crimes against humanity in Balochistan alongwith  Pakistani Military & establishment.

Pakistani Chief Justice, Mr. Iftikhar Choudhry is shielding Pakistani Military, ISI, Frontier Constabilary & Police who are committing crimes against  Civilian population in Balochistan.

He is well aware that thousands of “Baloch Missing Persons” abducted by Intelligence Agencies are lingering in different jails of Pakistan. These
missing persons are killed and their dead bodies are dumped in various parts of Balochistan. About 128 dead bodies of the missing persons have been recovered untill now who were tortured and were shot dead by ISI agents.  But in the cases of missing persons, CJ of Pakistan gives his verdict - by  ordering like Chief Executive of Pakistan - to  the Provincial Government of Balochistan to co-operate with ISI and Frontier Constibilary (FC) in this respect.

It means that Balochistan Government should co-operate with perpetrators –ISI And F.C – to abduct more Baloch Political activists. In this way Chief Justice Of Pakistan can be held responsible for abducting Balochs with the complicity of  ISI who is Killing and dumping the dead bodies of abducted Balochs.

CJ of Pakistan knows very well the  heinous crimes of Police, Pakistani Military and ISI who are looting the public on gun-point, abducting  for ransom, robbery,   kidnaping of Judges, creating rift between Pashtuns, Balochs and Hazaras of Quetta by  target killings of settlers who seek their opportunity in  Balochistan. He  awards a legal cover to Security-risk forces of Pakistan By  blaming  peaceful Baloch Political activists and  orders to Pakistani Military and F.C. to take practical, robust and hard  action  against Baloch nation.

What means to take practical and robust actions against Balochs? CJ of
Pakistan is shielding his Panjabi Army for potentially mass massacre of Balochs in foreseeble period. His Martial-law like decrees are nothing but to give an illegal cover  to Pakistani Army to  harm Balochs for which he is eligible to be sued in International Criminal Court (ICC) alongwith Mr. Kiyani, the Chief of Pakistani Army and Mr. Pasha, the Chief of ISI and the Prime-minister of Pakistan.

Mr. Iftikhar Choudhry  got the opportunity from Balochistan to reach the highest post in judiciary and he is well aware that “Pakistani Military Corporation”  is bent upon to occupy and own the mineral resources of Balochistan with their View to increase the bank balance of their Generals. The stupid decisions of G.H.Q has created crisis not only in  Balochistan but in whole of Pakistan.

Baloch`s  defence forces  deny to commit any crimes against Civilians. In
Accordance with the Charter of United States, civilians should be spared and protected between two waring Armies. CJ of Pakistan should advise his Panjabi Army not to harm the Baloch Civilians. What we observe in Afghanistan, there the civilians killed by NATO forces, irritates the President of Afghanistan.

Second the prisoners of war should be treated with dignity, may be CJ of Pakistan has read the Charter of United Nation. Pakistan should respect article 55 of U.N. which demands for Universal respect for observation of human rights and fundamental freedom.  Under which  laws you capture a citizen and kill them and throw their dead bodies?  If the blindness continues, potentially Pakistan can be expelled from the U.N. under Article 6.

In spite  of issueing a decree to “keep the writ” in Balochistan, CJ of Pakistan should understand the causes of unrest among Balochs. He must act as a Chief of judiciary not act like a Chief of a Jirga or Panchayet in which the decisions are made before the meeting and the strong party is always the winner.

Pakistani Military and the Pakistani establishment must understand that the Political issues are solved through  the political methods. They must accept the fact that Balochs and Pakistani public are under slavery for the last two hundred Years. First by British Raj and then the military and bureaucrats of  British Raj since 1947.

Pakistani citizens aspire freedom and Balochs demand their right of self-determination – Independent Balochistan – under Article 1(b) in accordance with the Charter of United Nations.

To keep peace in Pakistan, in South Asia and in the whole world,
one must respect the Universal Human Rights in Balochistan and
the supreme aspiration of Balochs who want freedom.
