LONDON: ( Jan 30, 2011) Britain has granted political asylum to Baluch leader Nawabzada Hyrbyair Marri, tacitly acknowledging that the life of fiery Baluch nationalist leader was at risk if returned to Pakistan.

on 27th Jan. 2011, the Parliamentary members critized  the
law and order situation in Balochistan. They blamed the Police,  security forces - ISI and their Jehadi`s  involvement to create a serious condition
in Balochistan where Balochs and Pashtuns are unsafe to travel on the highways of Balochistan.

Mr. Asad Baloch, a member of BA unveiled that 370 mutilated bodies
of missing persons have been recovered, yet, from the different parts
of Balochistan. He angerly demanded to stop the slaughter of the
innocent civilians of Balochistan. He regretted that the Security Agencies of Pakistan are instigating and creating a fear in the masses to compell
them to take refuge in the mountains of Balochistan.

Mr. Asad Baloch added that in the prevailing situation, the NATO
forces and the Peace keeping forces of United Nations can be deployed
in Balochistan to normalize the affected situation in Balochistan.

During a hunger strike to recover the missing persons, a child sits beside
the picture if her missing father, who was abducted by the brutal
forces of Paki ISI and their Talibani Organisations.

Mutilated body of Mr. Rasool Bakush was found in the fields of Balochistan.

Five Baloch Political activists were abducted from Panjgur, Balochistan  by Pakistani Military. After killing Mr. Rasool Bakush Baloch and severly injuring Mr. Nasir Baloch, their bodies were thrown in the fields. The fate of the remaining three abducted Balochs are not known, yet.

Government of Pakistan and its army gets enormous financial and military aid from the United States while it is committing crimes against humanity. Balochistan, borders with Iran in west and Afghanistan in
north, was forcibly occupied by Pakistan in 1948 despite her
"declaration of Independence" in 11th August, 1947, alongwith
India and Pakistan.

        Pakistan  treats Balochistan as his  Colony and is killing Balochs
since 1948. Pakistanis continue to occupy the land, mountains,
natural resources and the coast of Balochistan with their formula.
"What is yours IS mine." Balochs have no jobs, even the non-baloch
migrants are brought in Balochistan to work in the Gas-plants
and industries and these working places are no-go areas for Balochs.

In 2005, deleberately the Pakistani Military attacked on Dera-bugti
and killed Nawab Akber Bugti and thousand of Balochs by dictator
Musharf  but this perpetrator is enjoying himself in western world.

Actually, Pakistani Military and Bureaucracy and Panjabi land-lords
are ruling Pakistan since 1948. The previous and present Civil
Government are working as "show-bizz democracy." The real power
is in the hands of Pakistani Military and their chosen Bureaucrats.

Being driven in the close street, Baloch find no other alternative
than to the freedom of Balochistan and Pakistan refuses to grant
Balochistan her right of self-determination.

The result is the indiscriminate killing of Baloch civilians, Baloch
political activists. About ten thouosand Balochs are missing i.e.
they were arrested or abducted by Pakistani Military.

Now, in this 21st century, the abducted Balochs are being torchered
and fired on their hearts/heads and their mutileted bodies are
thrown in different Parts of Balochistan. Untill now, more than
76 Balochs were the prey of Pakistani Military in this way.

Balochs all over the world appeal to the world community to
stop this unhuman acts of Pakistani Military and come forward
to mediate between Balochistan and Pakistan to solve the
problem and keep peace in this part of the world.

The United Nation, European Union and Skandevian Countries
must play their role to mediate between Balochs Panjabi Army
to stop the voilation of human rights in Balochistan.

Human rights Organisations and the men who can stop the
genocide of poor Balochs.

Balochs wonder, why FC is trained by Americans in Balochistan.

Sir Malik Baloch & the friends of Balochs have raised an
important question. Are U.S. policy makers digging the graves
for American Marines to train Frontier Constabaliry (FC) who
are mostly recuruited from Pashtun area and have completed
their education from Qurani Madersahs.

It`s on record that the FC members have killed the members of
NATO forces on AF-Pak borders during their joint meeting about
three years before.

It`s  clear that the Talibans, who mostly belong to Pashtun tribes,
use to desert Afghan Army and join with their collegues alongwith
their rifles and ammunation.

During the training, infiltrated Talibans belongs to Pashtun tribes,
have killed NATO forces during their training and during the oppressions against Talibans in Afghanistan.

         These elements  (FC) are torchering the vehicles carrying fuel
for  Nato Forces in Balochistan in Talibani uniforms. FC and Paki military have turned their eyes on Quetta Shura and their members have impunity to cross the Durrand-line and bleed the NATO forces in Aghanistan.

         Potentially, FC is trained by Americans to protect the
interests of "Multi-national Compnanies" in Balochistan`s mineral
projects of Reko-dig and others. This job could  be carried-out
smothly by training Balochs after accepting their genuine demands.

In the foreseeable period, the world community and the neighbouring
countries should adapt a policy to protect Baloch land both in Afghanistan and Pakistan by supporting Balochs diplomaticaly,
financially and militarily.

It`s important to rescue Tadjics, Hazaras, Azbeks and other minority nations in Afghanistan from the brutal activities of Panjabi Military who has put their feet in the shoes of Pashtuns in the pretex of Talibans.

It`s inevitable for Balochs to be united and work on the
agenda to protocet their land, mountains, valleys and
coast during the coming turmoil in Pakistan.

Likewise, Balochs should lead their neighbouring nations
- Sindhis, Pakhtuns, Mohajirs of Karachi, Seraekis of
Panjab and Gilgit-baltastanis - for their struggle to get their rights and be he owners of their respective lands and resources, if they like.

Independence of Darfur & Balochistan are two sides of the same coin.

Balochs, all over the world, congratulate, in advance, the
freedom of Darfur and appeal to the world  community for recognization of freedom of Balochistan which was forcibly
annexed in Pakistan in March, 1948, inspite her declartion
of Independence in 11th August, 1947.

During the British-raj in India the Qalat State, now occupied
by Pakistan, was a free state, while the Durrand line and
Smith line caused the separation of Balochistan in
Afghanistan and Iran respectively.

The occopation of Islamabad  as governing Balochistan for
the last 28 years by "internal imperialism" is a forced
unity which is nothing but "slavery of Balochs."

Like wise, the governing of Sistan-va-balochistan by Iran
since 1927, is a naked "internal imperialism."

The human rights voilations in Balochistan can`t be
ignored for the sake of Sovereignity of Pakistan as the
foreced unity of Pakistan results into the slavery of Balochs.

We appeal the world community to join and support the
freedom of the future democratic and secular Balochistan
which is the guarentee to the stability of Afghanistan and
peace in South-asia.

How to protect Balochs who fall in the category of "minority religion"

Mr. Shiam Kumar, a prominent Intellectual &  poet from Balochistan
was interviewed by BBC`s Urdo Service reporter, Mr. Ayub Tareen .
Mr. Shiam Kumar laments over the abduction of Hindu business-men
and the members of the minority Hindu community are seeking
refuge in Sindh and in India.

Mr. Shiam Kumar appeals to the "Civil Society" of Pakistan to
help the minority religious groups, including Hindues in Pakistan.

First, the Civil Society of Pakistan, mostly, consists of those who
started to kill minority religious groups in Pakistan and occupied
their houses, shops, business and  services in 1947 when Pakistan,
the problem, was created by British. Except in Balochistan
and Bangla-desh, the sons of the soils - Sikhs & Hindues - were
compelled to flee to India from Pakistan.

The occupied Group - Qabza Group - then turned their attention
to side-line the Political figures and Political Parties in Pakistan,
with the help of Security forces (attacking forces) and eliminated
from Mr. Mohd Ali Jinna to Mr. Akber Khan Bugti. and killed thousands of Political leaders and workers to occupy the land, houses, shops, businesses, services of the "Muslims" in Bangla-desh, Sindh, PK Provinces, Balochistan, Gilgit-baltistan and POK Kashmir.

The next stage of the hated "occupied-group" of Pakistan shall be
the Christians, Ahmadis, Shias, Zigrees and the liberal minded
(Sofees) guys of Pakistan because the greed of Qabza-group - occupied forces - never decreass but increases due to the addition of their
offspring and inculsion of new members due to the utmost
pverty in Pakistani Society.

Now, is it right that Hindus & Sikhs seek refuge in India , leaving
behind Muslim Baluchs and Sindhis in Sindh/Balochistan for the

prey of Wild dogs i.e.  brutal forces of occupiers of Pakistan?

Or should Christains, the other religious minority group should
migrate to the regions where Christains are in majority?

Should Ismaelies move to South-Africa or elsewhere to give
the chance to "ugly occupying forces" of Pakistan to occupy their
businesses, homes?

Is it  a rumour or a truth that Ahmadis are rich and they are
serving on attracting posts. Must Ahmadies move to Qadiyan,
India to vacate the posts for the shameless occupying forces
i.e. Qabza-group of Pakistan?

They say that Shias are in power in Pakistan, should all
the followers of Shaia should migrate to Iraq and Iran?

If this attitude of "Qabza-group" is neglected, the barabrous
Occupying forces shall compel Muslim Pashtuns to leave for Afghanistan, Muslim Sindhis to Rajistan, Muslim Balochs to
Iran, Muslim Gilgit-baltastanis to Jammu and Kashmir.

No. No. This is a total fail, greedy, selfish, barbaric, Satanic,
rasist and unhuman act of the Qabza-group (Occupying-forces)
of Pakistan. What ought to be done?

The oppressed societies i.e. ethnic minorities, various minority religious
groups, various sectarian groups and Liberals, and Sofies of Pakistan should find a new way.

The way of truth to respect and accept the rights of one-another.
Every-one should be let alone what they beleive and follow
his/her beleif.

Enough is enough. Your tears are falling on the killing of Mr.
Taseer, that we do also, but our hearts are bleeding on the
extra-judicial killing of about 65 Baloch youngs and target
killing of our Baloch leaders and Political activists and
indiscriminate bombardment, using Chemical bombs,  on
 Balochistan and killing thousand of innocent Baloch Civilians and
displacing Hundreds of thousand Balochs from their ancestral homes.

We know that to-day the occupying-elements  -Qabza-group - of
Pakistan are targeting Balochs and we beleive that in  foreseeble period, they shall continue their heinous crimes to others in the
pretex of religion, sect, language and colour. Unbeleiveable kaos
shall prevail in  whole of Pakistan.

The wise-men of Pakistan should come forward, the wise
diplomats of the Globe should stand-up to shower the
flames of fire in Pakistan.

To put-water on the burning flames in Pakistan, first and
formost, the security of Politicians from a member of
Parliament to the President of Pakistan should be entrusted
to the forces of United Nations because the whole security forces
of Pakistan has been infiltrated/occupied by the evil forces
which are rememberd as so- called the fundamental Islamic forces.

Second, there should be held a referendum in Balochistan,
Sindh, Gilgit-baltistan, Pakhtun-khawa about the decision
of their future destine i.e. the Right of Self-determination.

The United Nations peace keeping forces, NATO/Isaf forces
 should be deployed in Islamabad, declaring it the "Red-zone"
to protect it from Jehadi-occupying forces.

Balochistan should be handed-over to NATO/ISAF forces to
stop the genocide of Balochs. Balochistan should be declared
no-fly zone for Iranian/Pakistani Air forces. Pro-Talibani Pakistni Army
and Talibani F.C. should be evacuated from  Balochistan.

The Consultants (lobbyists) in Washington, New-dehli and
Luxumburg should act with sane to avoid the massacre of
human-beings in Balochistan and in the whole world.

Balochs demonstrate in London against Baloch genocide by Iran & Pakistan.

If  an animal is killed, his/her owner stands-up. If Fundamental
Islamic Forces kill any citizen of the globe, the whole world is
moved. But, if the Balochs of Iran and Pakistan face brutal attacks
of Pakistani and Irani State Terrorism, no-body comes in action
to save Balochs. Why? They thinks they are killing Balochs and
not us without any sense that if the true, patriotic, freedom-lovers,

in United States or elsewhere but a very weak voice and a strong
determination to demand for the freedom of Balochistan and
to save their coming generation from the schakles of Slavery.

I felt just a wind of comfort, happiness and joy after listening the
news about the voting in Darfur who are going to vote to determine
for their fortune and using their right of self-determination.

British Government threw Balochs to the wild dogs of Tehran and
then to ISLAMABAD. Balochs are under genocide and I can
only pray for a change in this region. Like all Balochs, I aspire
that the world community should feel their responsibilities and
Islamabad and Tehran should accept the Right of self-determination
 to the Baloch people.

The plight of a home-less person is deproble and Balochs are
home-less. Balochs want nothing but only their home - Free Balochistan.
Nothing more and nothing less.

Another year passes of subjugation, oppression, systematic genocide and exploitation for Baloch nation, yet it is another year that Baloch nation is struggling to regain its national rights. Year 2010 has proved to be another year through which Baloch nation faced barbaric crimes by Pakistan and Iran, each day passed in the search of the thousands of loved ones which have been abducted by these occupying states, each day passed in memorizing the ideas that the principled people had, who were murdered by these imperialistic states, each day passed in the mourning of the humiliation that Balochs faced, but in the presence of Baloch national armies and pro Independence Baloch political parties each day brought a new hope for a better future, each day brought new strength to fight the cruelties of Pakistan and Iran, each day brought a vision of peace and prosperity and this hope is what is keeping Baloch strong and willing to take this movement of regaining our sovereignty to new heights.

Sagaar publications, on the on goings in Balochistan for the year 2010 have gathered as much information possible to highlight the atrocities committed by Pakistan and Iran against Baloch nation, though due to the inaccessibility of many areas in Balochistan and the threats that these states pose on the reporters of the incidents, Sagaar publications believes that the incidents that we are reporting might only be 30 to 40 percent proportion of the atrocities that are being carried out against Baloch nation by Pakistan and 10 to 15 percent of the atrocities that Iran has committed. We would be pleased if any of our readers likes to add any particular incident of human rights abuse which has not yet been reported or has been missed by Sagaar.

In the year 2010, total 144 Balochs have been martyred by Pakistan and Iran, out of which 102 Balochs were murdered by Pakistan and 32 Balochs by Iran. These murders were either committed directly or covertly using other names and organizations. Similarly 107 Balochs have been abducted in total, 104 abducted by Pakistan and the rest by Iran. These Balochs are the ones who have not been presented to any court and are perhaps kept in the secret torture cells which both the countries have. In the incidents where these states have fired upon innocent civilians, 508 Balochs were injured all together, 505 of them were injured by Pakistan and 3 Balochs by Iran. The Balochs who have been arrested by these states are 652 in total; Pakistan arrested 640 Balochs and Iran 12 Balochs. Cases of mental and physical harassment and humiliation could only be collected on Pakistani occupied Balochistan, which reach the number of 7223. Properties of Balochs which have been destroyed by both the states cost about 123.5 million, out of which 37 million amount of valuables were looted and 86.5 million worth of assets were burnt or destroyed directly or through indirect means such as the poisoning of water ponds. Total number of people displaced either by the construction of military garrisons or due to military operations were 45750 only in this year. Total number of demonstrations staged inside and outside Balochistan were 713, hunger strikes were held for more than 225 days, 95 rallies were carried out and for 47 days shutter down was observed in different areas of Balochistan which were particularly staged with regards to the human rights abuses in Balochistan, though even this number could not break the silence of the International Community.   These figures are meant to make Baloch nation realize that even these atrocities could not break its struggle for regaining Balochistan’s independence. With the beginning of a new year, Baloch Students Organization (Azaad) clearifies the international decision makers that   Baloch nation would not halt its struggle, and all the decision being made on Balochistan must have the consent of Baloch nation, and appeals Baloch nation to stand more firmly for their rights and prove to the world that this nation would not surrender on the rights that it has.
