Human rights activist Nameem Sabir shot dead in Khuzdar

Khuzdar (Balochistan Point News ) March 01, The human rights activist and coordinator Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) district Khuzdar ,Naeem Sabir has been gunned down today evening in khuzdar market . Naeem Sabir was standing in front of his shop in Khuzdar market when unknown motorcyclists wearing masks opened indiscriminate fire on him. He received a bullet in his head and had his last breath on the spot. The assailants later fled from the scene. No group has accepted responsibility for the murder. Naeem Sabir was a renewed social activist and writer in Khuzdar. He was coordinator of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP district Khuzdar and chairman of “Health and Rural Development (HARD) Balochistan”.
He mobilized the community groups for human rights and was continually reporting the human rights violation in Balochistan. Mainly, he covered the abduction of Baloch youth and recovery of the decomposed and mutilated dead bodies. The martyrdom of Naeem Sabir , is an other phase of Baloch genocide in which, besides political activists now the human rights activists are being abducted and killed.
