Since the occupation of Balochistan by Pakistani Army in 1948, Balochistan is facing continues bombardment. The first was
the Pakistani Air-force bombardment on Qalat in March, 1948.
From 1958 to 1964, Baloch civilians lost their lives, huts, tents and
houses by Pakistani aerial bombardment.
From 1974 to 1979, thousands of Baloch civilians were killed by combined bombardment of Pakistani Air-force and Iran`s air force
under the command of Shah Reza Shah Pehelvi.
Now, the same brutal bombardments are being carried-out by
Pakistani Jet fighters and Gun-ship helicopters supplied by United
States to Pakistani Army. The brutal bombardment started in
2006 in the District of Dera-bugti in which they targeted Nawab Abker Khan Bugti. He was luckily saved but his hundreds of country-men
including Hindu Balochs were killed.
The Pakistani Air force expanded their range to target Baloch civilians
in whole of Balochistan i.e. in Mekuran, Sarawan, Marri hills and
else where. In these carpet bombardment, Pakistani air force used the Chemical bombs which resulted to thousands of civilians dead, thousands of houses, huts and tents of nomads were destroyed and the poor of the poors, Baloch civilians were deprived of their livelihood i.e.
standing crops, stored rations and sheeps, goats and camels.
The bombardment of American supplied gun-ship helicopters to
Pakistani Military is continueing without any break.
The above picture is the result of Pakistani aerial bombardment on
Baloch nomads in Bambhore area, Murri hills, Balochistan on 25th
Feb. 2011, resulting the death of a women and two children and the
tent of the Baloch nomads was destroyed.
Balochs are also human beings like that of civilians of Libya and
elsewhere. United States and the western world must feel their responsibility to save Balochs as they do in Arabian world to
free the civilians from the authoritarian Governments.
It`s the high time to save Baloch lives. The "hearts & minds" of Balochs can`t be win by the strange silence of United States` and the democratic governments, all over the world.
