He cited the indiscriminate bombardment on Balochistan and killing
thousand of Balochs, setting on fire the thousands of Baloch homes,
abducting 8 000 Baloch civilians and forcing 150 000 Balochs as Internal refuges.
He further added that, " the present turmoil in Balochistan in which
the attacks of Pakistani Military is increasing on Baloch Civilians
and forced disappearance of Balochs face extra-judicial killings
have left Baloch no other option than to defend themselves."
He further encourged his country-men, "Keep weapons with yourselves
and encounter the Pakistani Military men in civil dresses, like the American Mr. Devis and foil their intention of kidnaping and dumping their dead bodies."
Further he advised the Baloch Civilians of Balochistan to form
"Village Defence Committees" to foil the attacks of Pakistani Military
on innocent Baloch Villagers ."
He disclosed that there was no other way than the disintegration
of Pakistan.
In the last he said that, " Balochistan shall welcome the Peace-keeping
forces of NATO & United Nations to stop the genocide of Balochs. Balochs shall be able to take the charge of security of Free Balochistan after a few years of landing of Peace keeping forces
in Balochistan."
