A Baloch youth`s description of the atrocities of Paki ISI.

Please listen  the following link in which and to share with the members of this group and ask you to forward it to as many groups and people as possible. It is really heart-rending. I can't stop thinking of this small young boy who feels his life is finished now. He can't go to school, can't  go out for shopping, can't go to his home, and literally lives like a dead body. How many more Baloch youth are passing through the same mental torture whom about we know nothing. It is really painful.

Balochistan, a corridor for logistic supplies to NATO forces in Afghanistan.

The ancient castle of the ruler of Kech Makuran,
Baluchistan (occupied by Pakistn)

Balochistan, a Corridor to NATO logistic supplies to Afghanistan.

Balochs, all over the world, condemn the black-mailing double-policy of Pakistani Military, ISI and their establishment towards NATO/ISAF
forces on the question of the supply of logistic supplies for NATO forces
in Afghanistan.

To protect their assets - Talibans & Al-quida - from drone attacks,
the Pakistani Military through their so-called Parliament  threatens to cut the supply line of logistic supplies for NATO forces in Afghanistan
through Pakistan.

On this critical movement, Baloch wholeheartly offer NATO forces
to open a corridor of Balochistan with the disposal of  ports of  Gwader to Ormara to U.S. Navy. For the time being, District Makuran and Khaaran
should be controlled by NATO forces, declaring them as `no fly-zone`  for
Pakistan Air-force for the safty of convoyes.

The protection of the lorries  carrying supplies for NATO forces,  should be entrusted to Baloch rebel forces including BLA, BLF,  Lashkare Baloch and others from Gwader/Ormara through Balochistan till Durrand line.

"The roaring Call of  Nawab Akber Khan Bugti.

There comes a cry, like thunder's sound
Like thousands of swords . . . striking around,
The Sound echoed, in the Towns around
In the valleys, Mountains and Villages around.

Lo!! The black clouds are lowering down
on Sindh & Baluchistan' s plains and Towns,
Listen!! roaring guides of Nawab Akber Bugti Khan
Sindh & Balochistan' s...crown and Lion.

"Oh Sindh-o-Balochistan , Sistan-O-Khorasan
The land, the rivers, the coast of Mekuran,
The men, women and the children of my beloved land
Who will be the Protecter of Sindh & Balochistan? "

Be firm, conscious and struggle not lonely
United & faithfully, protect your land bravely,
Forget it not . . . for a while!!
Keep it in your conscious minds
"That for thousands of years our forefather's land
is threatened, now by a Robber's band."

As long as the cruelty in the land runs
And the Sindhians arms, takes the Guns.

Sindhi & Baloch leaders face death by MI death-squads while ISI engages with CIA.

Breaking Up of Pakistan is good for the Sovereignity of Balochistan.

belaar baloch <belaar3@yahoo.com>

In dealing with fractured states, particularly those of which are torn apart by ethno-national conflicts, the society of states often overlooks a fundamental issue, the one that lies at the root of such conflicts: Arbitrary nature of international boundaries.
Drawn by war victors and colonial powers in South Asia, Middle East and Africa, in a protracted period beginning in the wake of the First World War up until the end of the decolonisation of 1960s, these artificial boundaries have remained to be one of the major sources of intra-state violence – not to mention various inter-state border wars. Indeed, these boundaries are not social but political constructs; they do not reflect cultural, national and historical realities.
And yet, ironically, they are deemed essential for maintenance of order and stability.
What was the prime motive that drove the European powers to fiddle with centuries-old cultural frontiers is an inquisitive subject that, of course, requires thorough investigation. What became clear, however, in the wake of decolonisation was that both former colonial powers of Europe and the successor states in Africa and Asia were seen determined to defend these unjust arrangements.
In spite of their mutual differences on a host of international issues, such as trade and aid imbalances as well as equal representation in international institutions, both groups of states were, nonetheless, united in preservation of newly established status quo ante: The present international boundaries must remain intact.
Conscious of their legally protected status within international law as “sovereign entities,” the elite of each newly independent state embarked on an aggressive path to create a unitary state, often crushing not only the customs and traditions of small nationalities but also, in some cases, pushing for new settlements in their territories in order to change the demographic facts in the pretext of developments and economic progress. Xingjian in China and Balochistan in Iran and Pakistan are obvious cases in this regard.
Faced with criticism on the foreign front, a series of resolutions were passed by these quasi states (to borrow a term from Robert Jackson) during the 1970s in UN General Assembly, soon, followed by another set of resolutions from African Union: defending the legal norm of non-interference in the domestic affairs of sovereign states. When questions raised by the former colonial powers over their repressive treatment of minority groups, the leadership of quasi states were quick to invoke international legal norms. Hence, any criticism on their abusive conducts was tantamount to intervention in state sovereignty.
But, as the Cold War came to a dramatic end, so did the myth of inviolability of international borders. From the breakup of Yugoslavia in early 1990s to the recent independence of South Sudan, and the ongoing crisis in Libya, it has increasingly become clear that the legal norms, such as non-interference and respect of state sovereignty, are not applicable when it comes to abusive behaviour of dominant groups, rogue armies or regimes within the quasi states. Sovereignty, indeed, comes with responsibilities.

Detainees and the death of due process in Pakistan

By Mehlaqa Samdani, April 8, 2011 Share

At the start of his presidency, President Barack Obama outlined his vision for Pakistan and Afghanistan in a speech that emphasized the need for "security that can only come through the rule of law" and stressed that "a campaign against extremism cannot be won with bullets and bombs alone."  Yet for hundreds of Pakistanis the subsequent campaign launched jointly by the Pakistani and American governments has been used as a pretext by the Pakistani government to pursue its own counterterrorism agenda, which has delivered nothing but bullets and bombs.

BALOCHISTAN : A Slaughterhouse of Pakistan`s military butchers..

BALOCHISTAN : A perfect Slaughterhouse of Pakistan’s military butchers

by Ali Baloch

(April 12, Karachi, Sri Lanka Guardian) The Baloch land once was a free and sovereign country, on August 11,1947,the British acceded control of Balochistan to the ruler of Balochistan, Mir Ahmad Yar Khan - the Khan of Kalat. The Khan immediately declared the independence of Balochistan, and Mohammad Ali Jinnah signed the proclamation of Balochistan’s sovereignty under the Khan.

The New York Times reported on August 12, 1947: “Under the agreement, Pakistan recognizes Kalat as an independent sovereign state with a status different from that of the Indian States. An announcement from New Delhi said that Kalat, Moslem State in Baluchistan, has reached an agreement with Pakistan for free flow of communications and commerce, and would negotiate for decisions on defense, external affairs and communications.” The next day, the NY Times even printed a map of the world showing Balochistan as a fully independent country.

United States is ridding on the back of fail horse in South Asia.

and Ghulam Qadir s/o Shermohd -
in Panjgur, Mekuran, Balochistan.
on 9th April, 2011.

Balochs regard  the west world, specially U.K, European Union and United States as their allies and hope,  to obtain their civil rights and freedom but none of them assist Balochs diplomatically, financially and militarily. While Pakistani ISI is endeavouring to impose Talibanisation in Balochistan by killing secular Balochs and encourging Talibani elements in Balochistan.

The Baloch who refused to accept the life of Slavery!!!

An interview with Dr. Allah Nazar
April 2011
The policy makers of the West must know that we are a peace-loving and secular people, and a free Balochistan is in the best interest of all those countries that love, and fight to maintain, peace — not only in the region but in the whole world.
Dr. Allah Nazar
You’ve probably never heard of Balochistan. A resource rich province of Pakistan wedged between Afghanistan and Iran, it is an area of great geo-political importance that includes the port of Gwadar, which many eye as a profitable road to China and Central Asia. Balochistan is also the site of what historian Selig Harrison has called “a slow motion genocide” of the Baloch people.

Despite its strategic importance and harrowing human rights scandals, however, the region and its problems go virtually unreported because Pakistani authorities rarely grant journalists permission to travel beyond the capital of Quetta and its intelligence agencies routinely monitor and mistreat those journalists who do enter the province.

Mr. Ahmed Faraz unveils the real faces of muslim Military & Bureauracts of Colonial India.

The muslim military and bureaucrats of undivided India staged
a coup against the citizens of Pakistan in 1948, after occupying
Balochistan, and begain their fight against their own people in
Pakistan. The massacre of their own people since 1948, turned
Pakistan and Balochistan into a "slaughter-house" for Pakistani
Military to test their weapons, military tactics and bravery!!!

The unlimited bravery of Pakistan Army  turned  her Generals
to be the richest guys in Pakistan and Pakistani Military became
a Military Business Corporation, running the business of
diary-form to multiple Heavy Industries.

Pakistani Military`s policy, "what is YOURS is MINE"  looted
85% of  Pakistani budget. To divert the anger of Pakistani people`s
economic and social problems  from their dirty deeds, Pakistani
Military started to massacre Balochs which is continuing unabated.

One can`t expect the Pakistani Generals shall learn a lesson
from the history because the President of Ivory-coast, a Professor
of  history declined to abandon the office of Presidency inspite
of losing in election.

Five Balochs were killed in Khan Naseer Khan Noori`s land by out-siders.

During the regime of Balochs in the past including the regime of Mir Naseer Khan Noori, not any foreign could dare to enter Balochistan.

Baloch`s castles (gydans) and property was  safe. Without any herds, Balochs use to leave their camels and cows for grazing  but they were not missed after many months.

Due to cowardness, disunity, selfishness, laziness and  to earn the bread by easy means
without toil, the house was burnt by her own Candles.

The Candles which set ablaze Baloch-land  did not moved if a part of
Baloch land was burning. The Tribal heads were fiddeling when
Balochs of South Afghanistan were attacked. Sanjranees fought
bravely but could not overcome due to the indifference  of the rest of
Balochistan.

Practical steps to Save Balochistan.

Baloch
Friends of Balochs and different Human Rights Organisations must report and record the atrocities  of Pakistani Military and ISI on Balochs in Balochistan to United Nation Human Rights Council. Each and every case of the voilation of human rights should be reported to The Human Rights Watchs and Amnesty International,
all over the world.without any hesitation.

This faciliates the members of the Council and the
Baloch representative to highlight the barbaric activities of ISI
on Balochs in U.N. Session in Geneva.

Target killings of Balochs and out-siders by ISI, kidnaping for ransom by Police, the issue of  missing persons, the case of Internal displaced persons of Balochistan, killing  and dumping Balochs by  ISI, torching the lorries of NATO supplies by ISI, F.C. attacks on Baloch civilians and aerial bombardment on Baloch Villages and killing the Baloch civilians,
must be reported and recorded as soon as possible.

It`s a dilemma that ISI of Pakistan is distracting the Americans who
are funding and training the Pro-talibani Frontier Constabilary (F.C).
Under strict vigilance of ISI, American Intelligence are recruiting
only Pashtun agents and are neglecting Balochs.

Instead of punishing the "Quetta Shura", Pakistani ISI and F.C. is
targeting secular Balochs who demand their Universal Human Rights.
This is not the way for Americans to win the "hearts & minds" of
Balochs.

After each and every Baloch killed by ISI, their relatives and Baloch
civilians call a shuter down strike and arrange demonstration by
democratic methods but the Pakistani military does not understand
the democratic norms.

Among others, Save Balochistan Campaign provides the following
address of Human Rights Groups with a humble request to report
each and every case of voilation of Human Rights of Balochs by
Pakistani Military.

The barbaric Pakistani Army is even hunting "Internal & external displaced refuges" of Balochistan.

A Pro-talibani Military-man of F.C. is preparing to attack a Baloch
village of "Internal displaced refuges"  of Balochistan.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Baloch Political Activist, Mr. Sher Mohammed Bugti said that; " Even the Internal displaced refugees, affected by the Pakistani attacks on Balochs since 2006, are being chased and hunted by Pakistani Army
and F.C." He further said that, " Balochs who sought refuge in Afghanistan are living a miserable life without any help from United Nation and are being chased by Pakistani Military and ISI."

On 11th March, 2011, a couple and his four children were killed by
a rocket, fire from a distant place by F.C. men or from a Pakistani
gun-ship helicopter, destroying his house in Hairdin Village, Sohbetpur
Tehsil of Jafferabad district, Balochistan.

CJ of Pakistan is committing crimes against humanity in Balochistan alongwith Pakistani Military & establishment.

C. J of Pakistan  is committing crimes against humanity in Balochistan alongwith  Pakistani Military & establishment.

Pakistani Chief Justice, Mr. Iftikhar Choudhry is shielding Pakistani Military, ISI, Frontier Constabilary & Police who are committing crimes against  Civilian population in Balochistan.

He is well aware that thousands of “Baloch Missing Persons” abducted by Intelligence Agencies are lingering in different jails of Pakistan. These
missing persons are killed and their dead bodies are dumped in various parts of Balochistan. About 128 dead bodies of the missing persons have been recovered untill now who were tortured and were shot dead by ISI agents.  But in the cases of missing persons, CJ of Pakistan gives his verdict - by  ordering like Chief Executive of Pakistan - to  the Provincial Government of Balochistan to co-operate with ISI and Frontier Constibilary (FC) in this respect.

It means that Balochistan Government should co-operate with perpetrators –ISI And F.C – to abduct more Baloch Political activists. In this way Chief Justice Of Pakistan can be held responsible for abducting Balochs with the complicity of  ISI who is Killing and dumping the dead bodies of abducted Balochs.

CJ of Pakistan knows very well the  heinous crimes of Police, Pakistani Military and ISI who are looting the public on gun-point, abducting  for ransom, robbery,   kidnaping of Judges, creating rift between Pashtuns, Balochs and Hazaras of Quetta by  target killings of settlers who seek their opportunity in  Balochistan. He  awards a legal cover to Security-risk forces of Pakistan By  blaming  peaceful Baloch Political activists and  orders to Pakistani Military and F.C. to take practical, robust and hard  action  against Baloch nation.

What means to take practical and robust actions against Balochs? CJ of
Pakistan is shielding his Panjabi Army for potentially mass massacre of Balochs in foreseeble period. His Martial-law like decrees are nothing but to give an illegal cover  to Pakistani Army to  harm Balochs for which he is eligible to be sued in International Criminal Court (ICC) alongwith Mr. Kiyani, the Chief of Pakistani Army and Mr. Pasha, the Chief of ISI and the Prime-minister of Pakistan.

Mr. Iftikhar Choudhry  got the opportunity from Balochistan to reach the highest post in judiciary and he is well aware that “Pakistani Military Corporation”  is bent upon to occupy and own the mineral resources of Balochistan with their View to increase the bank balance of their Generals. The stupid decisions of G.H.Q has created crisis not only in  Balochistan but in whole of Pakistan.

Baloch`s  defence forces  deny to commit any crimes against Civilians. In
Accordance with the Charter of United States, civilians should be spared and protected between two waring Armies. CJ of Pakistan should advise his Panjabi Army not to harm the Baloch Civilians. What we observe in Afghanistan, there the civilians killed by NATO forces, irritates the President of Afghanistan.

Second the prisoners of war should be treated with dignity, may be CJ of Pakistan has read the Charter of United Nation. Pakistan should respect article 55 of U.N. which demands for Universal respect for observation of human rights and fundamental freedom.  Under which  laws you capture a citizen and kill them and throw their dead bodies?  If the blindness continues, potentially Pakistan can be expelled from the U.N. under Article 6.

In spite  of issueing a decree to “keep the writ” in Balochistan, CJ of Pakistan should understand the causes of unrest among Balochs. He must act as a Chief of judiciary not act like a Chief of a Jirga or Panchayet in which the decisions are made before the meeting and the strong party is always the winner.

Pakistani Military and the Pakistani establishment must understand that the Political issues are solved through  the political methods. They must accept the fact that Balochs and Pakistani public are under slavery for the last two hundred Years. First by British Raj and then the military and bureaucrats of  British Raj since 1947.

Pakistani citizens aspire freedom and Balochs demand their right of self-determination – Independent Balochistan – under Article 1(b) in accordance with the Charter of United Nations.

To keep peace in Pakistan, in South Asia and in the whole world,
one must respect the Universal Human Rights in Balochistan and
the supreme aspiration of Balochs who want freedom.
